This time around we'll encourage kids and dolls (and adults) to dress like a cowboy, pioneer, the lone ranger, Annie Oakley, etc. and come to the market for fun and games.

Fairy Princess DayThe Middletown Farmers Market will be open on this date from 4 to 7 PM.  However, all entertainment and special events in June have been cancelled or postponed. 

Children and their dolls should dress up as a Fairy Princess, Knight, or other Medieval/Renaissance Character and visit the market for fun and games.

The Middletown Farmers' Market is closed for the season.  As we say goodbye until 2020, we would like to thank all of our wonderful vendors, community supports, and most importanly, our customers for our most successful season ever (again!)

Woodworking Kids Crafts

Rescheduled from June 13, 2019, this event was originally planned as a Pre-Father's Day event, so we're encouraging all the dad's out there to bring their children to the market.
The first 20 to arrive will be invited to build a birdhouse or toolbox with master woodworker John from Simply Shaker Oval Trays.

June Special Events At The Market

Following a very busy first month, our special events continue into the month of June with so much to see and do.  This market continues its commitment to “bring you the best of everything!”

The Middletown Farmers Market opened for the season on May 2, and now several weeks into the 2019 season, the Middletown Farmers Market has been setting record numbers for customers visiting the market as well as for the number of vendors participating each week.  The market is held every Thursday afternoon, rain or shine, in the Christ Reformed United Church of Christ Parking lot at 12 South Church Street, in historic Middletown, Maryland.

200-Hr Certified Yoga Instructor Has Passion for Practice and Community

Jennifer Carpenter completed her Yoga Teacher Training in 2018 through Sol Yoga in Frederick, Maryland. Currently, she is running several other community-based classes, with the hope that making yoga accessible to those that may not otherwise set foot in a studio.

Community Yoga at the Market

The Middletown Farmers Market is dedicated to improving the overall health and wellness of our community, and so on May 16 also from 5 to 6:00 p.m., we will be hosting our first ever Community Yoga at the Market.  Jennifer Carpenter of Jenuine Yogi will lead these donation based Vinyasa Flow classes.  Vinyasa is a style of yoga that strings together a variety of poses focusing on breathing and creating a more balanced body.  No two classes are alike.

Renzi's Pizza is a wood fired mobile pizzeria. In business since June 2017, they offer a menu full of options as well as create your own.

They have a delicious gluten free crust that is broccoli, cauliflower based for all of their "G-Free" friends.

Whistle Punk Farm Food Truck

Following the retirement of our long-time hot food vendor, we will have our first new Food Truck of the season—Whistle Punk Farm Food Truck.  They will be serving up true farm-to-fork style foods, made from locally sourced meats, veggies, and fruits from farmers in Washington and Frederick counties.
